WARNING!! Ashley furniture advertises 30 day satisfaction guarantee but that is BS. Your warranty all depends on how it was delivered. If you take the free curbside delivery make sure you know you only have 72 hours to make any returns if it doesnt work for you. Who knew you had to know the rules per delivery method?? ?? They are rude and not helpful at all. Read reviews before buying from here. They are all legit! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Let me just say...I thought that the horrible service was limited to this store, but I was wrong! After spending countless hours on the phone with corporate & the warehouse for the past 6 months I would never again purchase ANYTHING from Ashley Furniture. While making this post...the corporate office has hung up on my for the 3rd time just today. We bought a sofa on 5/7/22. It was delivered on 5/23/22. Im supposed to wait 6 weeks to get the rewards for the shipping back ($130). Its been 7+ weeks and finally got an email to submit the vouchers on 7/06/22 and submitted it immediately. Today is 7/15/22 and nothing has been done and when I checked the voucher #s, it says not found. They give you a number to text and will reply at first and when I texted again because my vouchers arent found, they dont reply. I purchased a sofa and bed set from this store in March 2022, and I cancelled the bed set because I promised an early delivery date but I was told there is no timeline for delivery when I called the store 2 months later. I did receive the sofa but the corner seat was damaged. I was given an exchanged seat which did not match the color, texture and the fabric of the original sofa, and I informed Ashley right away. The Ashley furniture store in Modesto is horrible I received new merchandise paid quite a bit of money it's good quality except for the couch has 2 chips it's damaged. Because it was delivered by a company that they contract with they are stating that they cannot return it they will send a repairman to my home now that is a bunch of bull I paid for new furniture now I have to have furniture that's been repaired please don't shop there<br /> <br /> <br />

I would give this location 0 stars if that was a possibility! We ordered nearly 8k in furniture from this location. EVERY piece has been either damaged upon assembly by their technicians assembling the item or the item was damaged upon the technicians opening the package. Everything from crushed corners, misaligned drawers, and drilling through the face of a footboard! I have dedicated literal hours on hold while trying to reach someone to speak to. Had the worst customer experience with Ashley Furniture Industries store at their Tempe, AZ store on emerald drive. we Ordered a dining set and 1 more storage item back in Nov'21. Was told that there was a 12 week lead time because of supply chain issues which was Understandable. After 12 weeks, still delayed. we accepted it and waited. After 24 weeks, still not in stock. We ordered two couches on April 2, 2022. We were told they should be delivered in the first half of May. On May 18, 2022, I was told by our salesman that customer service said our delivery should be early June. I purchase a couch from Ashley furniture on April 24, 2022 on June 5 I received a phone call stating when we get the couch between 830 and 1130 on this day when the delivery guy showed up we asked him if he would kindly help move the other couch out of the way we would buy him lunch he then came back stating he needed $40 to do that once we disagreed and advise we would move the couch on our own he refused to leave the couch that we had purchased loaded the couch back up on the truck and took off we contacted the office we h... read more
