Had the worst customer experience with Ashley Furniture Industries store at their Tempe, AZ store on emerald drive. we Ordered a dining set and 1 more storage item back in Nov'21. Was told that there was a 12 week lead time because of supply chain issues which was Understandable. After 12 weeks, still delayed. we accepted it and waited. After 24 weeks, still not in stock. We ordered two couches on April 2, 2022. We were told they should be delivered in the first half of May. On May 18, 2022, I was told by our salesman that customer service said our delivery should be early June. Today (June 22) I was told that my estimated delivery date was now July 16.I had to drive to the store to get this info because calling the number gets a recording that placed me on hold for 25 minutes.I had a similar experience years ago when I ordered stock-on-hand, arrived with a rental truck to pick it up, and was... read more

I purchase a couch from Ashley furniture on April 24, 2022 on June 5 I received a phone call stating when we get the couch between 830 and 1130 on this day when the delivery guy showed up we asked him if he would kindly help move the other couch out of the way we would buy him lunch he then came back stating he needed $40 to do that once we disagreed and advise we would move the couch on our own he refused to leave the couch that we had purchased loaded the couch back up on the truck and took off we contacted the office we h... read more

Placed an in-store order. Horrible, rude customer service both in-store and online. Lack of information provided regarding (lack there of) return policy. Extremely difficult to deal with as a customer. Better off buying from another retailer. Or if you really want Ashley products, another retailer who sells Ashley.

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever met, they did not uphold the contract and when we said we would go up the latter they THREATENED us to cancel the contract. So we cancelled it and we are still going to complain cause they tried to to do to my father and mother IS ILLEGAL. Mo was the manager threatened us that he would cancel our contract if we wrote a bad review like who does business like that? Horrible service have in store and extended warranty on furniture that is falling apart that was delivered earlier this year neither will cover the warranty and we have a table that is still not here and keeps getting pushed back. Tech came out and wants extended warranty to cover extended warranty says one year store warranty should cover. What a joke. I would leave 0 or negative stars if I could.

My husband and I purchase a Seal Alby Hybd Med SPCAKG on 5/11/2022. We paid cash and were told delivery would be 5/24/2022. We took the day (5/24/2022) off from work to make sure we were home for delivery. We received a call at 3:45 pm the afternoon before (5/23/2022) after we already left work, stating the delivery was delayed. We called the next day only to be told the delivery was now set for 5/30/2022. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my entire life! I purchased a 14 piece living room set and not only did the couch arrive severely damaged, but some of the accessories were broken or so cheaply made that they were unusable. I tried to call customer care as soon as we noticed the issue with the couch (same day as delivery) but the automated system could not locate my order by the sales number or by my phone number that I know is attached to my order. Dont ever buy your furniture from this company!!!! I have been fighting with them for 7 months about my couch they brought me that was ruined the couch had a big gab in it. Two weeks later the couch stitching started falling apart. They all lie about he said she said Make sure you write down everything I wont put myself threw this **** ever again.
