They were very nice to work with! I am having trouble with my movers, so I had no furniture. Ashleys said they were able to deliver my couch earlier, but not my chair. It came as a very pleasant surprise when my chair arrived with my couch. The movers were quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were also on time and gave me plenty of notice.

Walking into the store as a first time buyer l didn't know how to put the bedding furniture together.From frame,base and mattress. Thanks to a very patience and knowledgeable sales lady,name April.She took her time to explain how it works and helping me buy what was within my budget. Bed was delivered and assembled on time. **GOOD LUCK GETTING A REFUND!**I would love to leave a zero star rating if I could. The only positive thing about our experience with this Ashley Home Furniture store was the patient and kind young woman helping in the customer service department. We made a purchase at this Ashley Home Furniture store in October 2021. After numerous delays on delivering the furniture, we finally decided to cancel the order and request a refund. We just purchased a lift chair for my 92-year-old mother. Our salesperson James was knowledgeable and friendly and took a real interest in making sure we found the right chair. The chair we selected turned out to be a little to large and when we contacted the store we worked with Jerrell and Robin.
