Best furniture experience to date. I was worried ordering online, without ever sitting down on the couch and oversized chair I purchased, but I am SO glad I went with my gut. This couch is amazing! The chair has already been claimed as mine. The delivery team was outstanding. Treated my white couch was theirs, precautions taken to keep it white. Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I have made multiple purchases at Ashley locations in **********, ******* and most recently *****. My most recent experience with Ashley in regard to a side table I purchased less than a year ago that basically cracked on three of 4 sides was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a special table that took 4-6 weeks, it arrives, we pick it up, get it home, omstraight out if the box it was damaged! Call these guys, have a tech come out, tech says it can be fixed in shop, they come and pick up the table and inform me after they already have it in the shop! That it could take a week to fix, that's not a timely manner for something that I feed my family at EVERY night!! Also I paid for a NEW table not for a damaged on to be fixed! Entire experience was first class! From being greeted at the door my first time by Miss Sarah at the **** ******store in Utah, all the way through to the delivery of my furniture! I'm writing this review from the amazing comfort of my new couch (bought the Gimma sectional!) and I couldn't be happier! Grateful to Ashley Furniture and their entire team!
