I have made multiple purchases at Ashley locations in **********, ******* and most recently *****. My most recent experience with Ashley in regard to a side table I purchased less than a year ago that basically cracked on three of 4 sides was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Entire experience was first class! From being greeted at the door my first time by Miss Sarah at the **** ******store in Utah, all the way through to the delivery of my furniture! I'm writing this review from the amazing comfort of my new couch (bought the Gimma sectional!) and I couldn't be happier! Grateful to Ashley Furniture and their entire team! If you buy Furniture from anywhere else, you messed up!

The delivery personnel were very professional and kind. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture to everyone. I've been purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture for over 10 years. I've never had a problem with any purchases or personnel.

I found what I was (mostly) looking for at Ashley, having first gone to some high-end furniture stores and some lower-end furniture stores. I was very satisfied with the value and the quality. I purchased a sofa and a chair. The delivery men were in and out and were very courteous and professional, as was Sonny, the salesperson, at the west side store.
