I just bought few and on sale picture frames in order to decorate a small 1 bedroom apartment. Anawas the sales person in the ********* store and she was super kind showing me sofas and dining sets.However after reading all the comments posted here from different customers honestly Im thinking to buy the sofa and the dinning set. Because the service from the delivery and the quality of the products seems to be very hard to move fwd on my decision. Will see

The Downtown ********* branch is the worst. The customer service people are all incompetent. We had to go to the store 3 times, wait for hours to be accommodated and in the end getting a damaged furniture ( which I refused to accept) and a wrong item which I needed to be changed. Up to now Im having issues with this branch and all I want to do is cancel all our transactions.

I am here to share my terrible experience with this company. I have been coming here for 3+ years spending about $20,000 furnishing my new home. I purchased an electric adjustable bed for $5000 with $300 insurance coverage. Thinking it was going to provide me comfort and stress free nights. I was completely wrong. The motor broke down. I’ve gone into the store several times and they have sent many workers to fix my bed and all of them have told me they couldn't fix it. To start off, our first delivery for a living roomfurniture set was ordered and they were continuously delayed and pushed back because of the "shipping problems in America" but we did not receive our complete set for 6 months. The delivery drivers were under the influence of drugs, had no tools and need to "piss". The couch was also broken but I was told they would not take it back but it had to be replaced. Their wooden furniture is cheaply constructed. Where they should use glue and screws there are only screws.No longevity for their products.

Poor quality dinning room tables. Assistant manager very rude. Manager did not reach out to try to resolve problem. And their making me pay delivery charges even though their furniture twice has a lot of defects

I made a purchased on 02/16/2023 and cancelled next day at the Mesa Ashley store. As I cancelled the transaction it is supposed to reverse and reimburse to my VISA credit the $486.59 I paid in concept of delivery and taxes and also reverse the entire transaction from my credit line on Synchrony bank. Purchased my furniture on Feb. 11th. Scheduled for delivery to my new empty apartment on March 2nd. Received a phone call on Feb. 25th telling me that the delivery date needs to move to March 8th (Not happy, but it is what it is). Then March received a phone call March 3rd informing me yet again a delivery date needs to be pushed to March 18th (Really not happy now). I purchased the Tambo Recliner for as a Christmas present. We purchased from the Las Vegas area store and was assured that any issues would be addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. The recliner was delivered on 1/7/2023 and twice that month my aunt re-visited the store to bring to their attention that the recliner was not locking when in the down position; she also made several calls to the store.
