Placed an in-store order. Horrible, rude customer service both in-store and online. Lack of information provided regarding (lack there of) return policy. Extremely difficult to deal with as a customer. Better off buying from another retailer. Or if you really want Ashley products, another retailer who sells Ashley.

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever met, they did not uphold the contract and when we said we would go up the latter they THREATENED us to cancel the contract. So we cancelled it and we are still going to complain cause they tried to to do to my father and mother IS ILLEGAL. Horrible service have in store and extended warranty on furniture that is falling apart that was delivered earlier this year neither will cover the warranty and we have a table that is still not here and keeps getting pushed back. Tech came out and wants extended warranty to cover extended warranty says one year store warranty should cover. What a joke. I would leave 0 or negative stars if I could.

My husband and I purchase a Seal Alby Hybd Med SPCAKG on 5/11/2022. We paid cash and were told delivery would be 5/24/2022. We took the day (5/24/2022) off from work to make sure we were home for delivery. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my entire life! I purchased a 14 piece living room set and not only did the couch arrive severely damaged, but some of the accessories were broken or so cheaply made that they were unusable. Dont ever buy your furniture from this company!!!! I have been fighting with them for 7 months about my couch they brought me that was ruined the couch had a big gab in it. Two weeks later the couch stitching started falling apart. They all lie about he said she said Make sure you write down everything I wont put myself threw this **** ever again.

On December 29th, 2022, I purchased a dinning table at the store located in Avondale, Arizona my items were delivered on March 23, 2022. I received the wrong bench because the sales person Angel R**** put the wrong item number on my order I talked to the Manager in the beginning of April and he stated that I will be getting by bench in 3-4 weeks. Today is Fri. We visited Ashley last Wed to pick out a couch. We found a small, decently priced one that worked perfect for us & was in stock. The salesman that helped us rang us up, we bought the insurance, paid and scheduled the delivery as well. We let the salesman know we lived in an apartment, on the third floor up tight stairs.
