Where to start… First, cash purchase was made almost a year ago in 2021 with complete frustration from day one. Second, 6 months after purchase were being told that none of our items are in stock. Then it takes hours of phone calls to finally get the store to get us our bed that we ordered with dresser and side table. After looking at the bed frame it was clear that the side bed frame was cracked so I had to make a service request to get that replaced. I will never shop at Ashley again. I went to the store to purchase one bar stools that matched what I already had. At the store, they could no longer get the same color so I ordered 3 new ones (more expensive than Amazon, but did it anyway). I was called for delivery about a month later. They delivered 2 boxes each with 2 stools. I questioned the delivery but they assured me the stools were sold in pairs and I had ordered 3 pairs.. Another pair was set for delivery. I will never buy anything from here again. Bought a love seat and sofa within 6 months they were falling apart. Support spring on couch detached from the structure seams coming undone stuffing falling out threads on the cushion surface are unraveling. Called them they sent reps out twice (after I had to call them back to find out the status of the reps finding’s from the first visit) and was told it was customer abuse! You can never get a hold of this store located in Tacoma.I have been calling daily since 4/8/22. Still haven't reached the store manager that I was told by two different Ashley employees that I have to talk to to help me with my issue. Her name is A. My problem is we had a warranty credit from Montage Furniture Services on our purchase of on 5/11/16.The total for the protection was and if we didn't use the protection in five years we could use that money and purchase something in store for that amount. ***My full review is on Google***-It been 6 months...still no couch.UPDATE:So after dealing with all that BS. They gave me another delivery date of 4/14/2022. BUT...just received another call from them saying, now it's looking like sometime in May, but they are going to try to contact someone to get it sooner....yeah right. I wish I would have trusted the horrible reviews & never used AHS & SPECIFICALLY this joke of a store in the first place. I could give a 1 hour ted talk on how HORRIFIC this experience has been. But I’ll just give the gist. I came in to purchase a bedroom set with my Fiancé 1 year ago. We spent a little over $2,900 on Queen Bed-frame, Mattress, Dresser, and one night stand. We put a large deposit on a full set of living room furniture and a large dining table set plus dishes and rug. It was ordered in August last year and said it would be delivered in November, then December, then February, and then March. Every time we went in they kept saying that they have to wait for ALL the pieces to come in. Each time they said they had all the pieces except for...(it was different every time). We purchased a very large sofa set and a mattress for cash (green money). The sofa set and mattress were delivered. We realized the mattress was not what we wanted and returned it to the Redding California store. They told us they could not give us cash back for the returned item and that we would receive a check in 7 to 10 business days. After a month of not receiving the check we went to the store and asked why. We have been waiting since September of 2021 for the furniture ordered at that time. We inquired in mid January and were informed that the furniture would in fact be delivered on the 21st of January. We were subsequently informed three days prior to the agreed upon delivery date that the furniture would not be delivered until late February. On February 22. Ashley informed us once again that the furniture would not be delivered until the May time-frame. The store manager is completely unresponsive.<br /> <br /> <br />
