DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY. BOUGHT A COUCH 9/12/2021, NEVER RECEIVED. NO CALLS. NO DISCOUNT. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO ON STARS IF I COULD. I BOUGHT SOMETHING 5YRS AGO, I CAN'T EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THERE INSURANCE COMPANY TO FIX MY OTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT YOUR TIME OR STRESS ON THESE MATTERS.

Bought a power reclining sofa with chaise longer barely over a year ago. First it came completely broken than had to wait 6 weeks for a replacement, with knowone letting me know what was going on. Or returning phone calls. Wanted a refund ignored me until replacement was in. Ended up receiving it after all the troble.Paid 1800$ for the couch and it Didn't even last two years. I do not know if I even have the words to sum up how horrible of an experience I have had with Ashley Home Furniture Store, but I will give it my best shot. I ordered a Tempur-Pedic mattress from them, in store, on August 8th 2021. At that time, I specifically asked them if they had a trial period on their mattresses as I have never slept on memory foam and wasnt sure I was going to like it or not. They are lying about the availability. When I purchased the furniture (Dining table/Mattresses/Sofa) in their ***** center store by 10/27, they told me the items are in stock and set up the delivery by 11/22. They e-mailed me on 11/15 and told me one of the items is not available and reset the whole delivery to 12/30. What a joke and scam of this company! I Will not recommend and never buy from this company again!!!

I would give negative stars, if possible. Online ordering was made impossible by a processing error on their part as confirmed by my credit card company. I tried numerous times. Called customer support to order over the phone and was told that was not possible. I suggested calling and ordering from the closest store and the representative told me they would charge me more than the online price. We ordered furniture on 7/29/21 and were told it would be an 8-10 week turn around time on the delivery, no biggie! Well the day finally arrived to have our furniture delivered and they not only showed up 21 mins before their set delivery window, they never called to let anyone know they were trying to deliver. Im filing a complaint about Ashleys Furniture. I bought a 14 piece set and only received 2 pieces. They did not want to refund my money but they charged me for all of the furniture. I never received any phone calls and Ive wasted so much time trying to get credited back.
