Ashley furniture has always been my go-to for buying furniture. They're moving and installation team were punctual, fast and very professional. They took care moving the furniture through my house, they set up the furniture in no time at all, and they worked like a well-oiled machine as a team. I have loved my experience with Ashley's furnature! Leonel * was very nice and helped me and my boyfriend find a new couch we liked!! We ended up finding a nice recliner and he was very helpful in getting me set up with a payment plan so I only paid 100$ that day for my couch!! We got the couch just a few days later, the movers were nice and fast to move evrything! The warranty was a huge added bonus and I'm very confident that my next trip back will be great too.

They delivered on time, polite & courteous. They were not instructed to premium deliver our couch & recliner until they made a phone call to Ashley’s to bring in, put together & set up. But everything was resolved & we are very happy.

I went in a recommendation from a. Friend for decorative sale items. The sale was worthwhile however what should have been a quick check out process for a few blankets and pillows took forever. The cashier was very friendly but seemed to be struggling. She then quoted the price to include almost an extra $100 for a delivery fee. I then requested my items be put in a bag for transporting and was provided two trash bags. Given the store carries pricey decorative items it was very disappointing. At least have a branded bag. Excellent service, delivery was prompt, when explained the problem with getting the furniture upstairs, the two individuals delivering were positive and no worries. Went without a hitch, they were polite. Overall a good experience, would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone who asks.
