We just bought our Ford Explorer a few weeks ago so I cant say anything bad. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all like some salespeople we have dealt with in the past.
The people in the service department are nice and helpful.
The sale staff is best of all the places I have bought a car from. Had the truck going on 2 years had started to feel the trans not shifting right... so set up appointment to drop it off easier said then done... Once the truck was there Not once was I informed that it would take that long or offered a car to drive. Gloria Avitia and I would have to check for any updates on the truck not even a phone call Warranty issues are not a priority . I do have a choice on where I can take to... Not there

This WILL be the only place I buy a car from on any new/used purchases. I’ve never had a more easy going experience. There is no pressure and when you walk the lot, you can actually take your time without the lot lizards all over you. They help when asked and helped me into my 19 F-150. The team at Art Hill couldn’t have been more accommodating. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for, having just done from another dealership. Dennis and Steve asked me what it was I was looking for and what I needed - and delivered exactly that. No BS. No aggressive sales tactics. Just a solid, honest, customer-focused approach. When it’s time for my next vehicle, I’m going back to these guys. I strongly recommend them.
