had an appointment to see a car and it was sold a few minutes supposedly just before we got. no phone call or apology. wasted 20 miles there for nothing. but that's ok bought from another dealer there lost on a sale
1 star. I had a airbag recall on my vehicle. They went ahead and replace the airbag per the recall. In doing so the technician accidentally disconnected a wire that was giving power to a relay, that powered the fuel pump. Once the new airbag was installed, the car would not start. The Mechanic assured me that if the issue was their fault they would take care of it and they would be no charge. My car has been in the service department for over 2 weeks. Never did they offer a loaner. We have to call and check on status. Very disappointing.
This WILL be the only place I buy a car from on any new/used purchases. I’ve never had a more easy going experience. There is no pressure and when you walk the lot, you can actually take your time without the lot lizards all over you. They help when asked and helped me into my 19 F-150. The team at Art Hill couldn’t have been more accommodating. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for, having just done from another dealership. Dennis and Steve asked me what it was I was looking for and what I needed - and delivered exactly that. No BS. No aggressive sales tactics. Just a solid, honest, customer-focused approach. When it’s time for my next vehicle, I’m going back to these guys. I strongly recommend them.

I had my car in for an oil change in December at which time I paid 60.00 to have them find out why my moon roof would no longer open. They determined it was the switch which the girl told me would run like 267.00 and they would have to order the part. I told her to go ahead and order it. She said she would and they would call me as soon as it came in. I am still waiting. Summer is almost here and I can't use my moon roof on my 2010 Edge.
