I bought my MKX there about 9 hrs ago and was always treated with great respect. Tim was the service manager back then and always took excellent care of my car needs for many years. I do miss seeing him, but was in for a recall last week and was pleasantly surprised of yet another great experience.
I had a tire blow out avoiding and accident. I called to see if my tire was in stock and they saved it for me, made me an appointment for the next day and I received the best service ever! The service guy was amazing, friendly and very helpful. They changed my tire in the time promised and even washed the car! Thank you Ford Service.

Bought a Focus about a month ago. The car seemed to idle weird and the transmission began to slip when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Took the car in for service. Service had the car for 4 days before I got s call the problem had been fixed, supposedly. Drove the car for 2 days and noticed the slipping was now even worse. Called the service department and was told it would take driving the car 500 miles for the computer to adjust. Next day the slipping was even worse.
