I bought my MKX there about 9 hrs ago and was always treated with great respect. Tim was the service manager back then and always took excellent care of my car needs for many years. I do miss seeing him, but was in for a recall last week and was pleasantly surprised of yet another great experience.

Bought a Focus about a month ago. The car seemed to idle weird and the transmission began to slip when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Took the car in for service. Service had the car for 4 days before I got s call the problem had been fixed, supposedly. Drove the car for 2 days and noticed the slipping was now even worse. Called the service department and was told it would take driving the car 500 miles for the computer to adjust. Next day the slipping was even worse. We just bought our Ford Explorer a few weeks ago so I cant say anything bad. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all like some salespeople we have dealt with in the past.
The people in the service department are nice and helpful.
