Terrible service by salesman. Asked to see and test drive a 2019 escape on the lot. I didn't know the stock number. Thought the salesman would go out with me to look. NOPE, INSTEAD HE GOT ON HIS COMPUTER ON YOUR WEBSITE AND LOOKED UP 2019 ESCAPES AND SHOWED ME PHOTOS OF IT....I COULD OF DID THAT ON MY OWN. WALKED OUT PISSED CUSSING. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND A SALE. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE
Went for my first oil change, multi point warranty check and recall work (front seat frame check/revision 🤷♂️). Arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment made online (very easy). Place was very busy. Gloria was great getting me set up. Everyone there was pleasant and very organized. Took an hour after my appointment time to get everything done (very efficient). Very pleased, great work under circumstances.
I have found my new car dealer. The overall experience was exceptional. I went to just just look but ended up with a new truck the same afternoon. I never felt pressured at all. The salesman, Dennis Roak, rolled out the red carpet for me.. When I went my back for my first service call, Dennis met and it was the same way. If you need a new vehicle, go see Art Hill!!!
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Art Hill Ford. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled right away. The customer service rep who took care of me in the service department was pleasant and knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. I give her 10 stars. My vehicle was brought in right away. My car was washed and ready to go when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend Art Hill Ford.
