I had a flat tire and it was pretty bad. The staff was very kind, caring, polite and reassuring. The repair was quick and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Big shout out to the service department! Every service man was busy,every bay was full, when I walked in. My tires pressure notification came on,due to the change in weather I’m sure, but hey, Ya never know!? So I just happened to be driving on route 30, saw the Ford sign, pulled to the service bay,( I did not buy my Edge at this location) walked in , told them I needed air in my tires and BOOM . No questions asked. My notifications were reset and my tires are safe for driving! Thank you for your excellent service!
Everyone is very pleasant but I had a 11:30 appointment to get my oil changed I didn’t get out of there until almost 1:00 definitely not happy about that
Daughter drove on from Texas, her explorer needed service, Mark took care of it for her.
