I had my truck towed to Art Hill Ford On December 4, 2019 after I slide on ice and hit the curb on a round drive in Crown Point, IN. Today 2/23/2019 they still have my truck! I have a loaner car for about 3 weeks!
Have done business with Art Hill forever. like the fact if I am not happy, I can pick up the phone and talk to the owner.
Service Department is always great!
Been there before great people bought a van from there been a few years ago but we are all still around
Recently had work done and the bumper they replaced fell off while I was out of town 3 days after they had repaired it. Sent pics, emails and left voicemails and can’t get anyone to call me back.
I want to thank Mr. Harris with his great salesman assistant I experienced at Art Hill with him.I strongly suggest 5 star for him.BIG thanks
