Went in for routine service on my vehicle and the service department was very busy. While waiting to be helped Brian made sure to acknowledge that I was there and once a service desk opened up he directed me to that person. The wait time was normal, as expected, and when my car was ready Brian was sure to go over everything that the shop did. Excellent customer service and I will be sure to go back to them for all my automotive needs. Job well done Art Hill Ford Lincoln!

I had a service appointment set up a week in advance. When I arrived, I was told the part would have to be ordered and I can come back in a few days when it comes in. Isnt that the purpose of an appointment? so the work can get done on the scheduled day? It wouldn't of been a big deal, but I took the day off since this repair had to be done during the week according to the service guy. luckily I found another Ford dealership that carried it and got me in immediately.
I just bought a new Explorer from Art Hill Ford. Steve and Chris were very friendly and made my car buying experience a smooth one. They care about their customers,made sure I was happy and got me in and out. I’ll def be buying from them again.
As a municipality we have many vehicles in our fleet. Art Hill has been great when it comes to servicing our vehicles. The service dept. staff is very helpful. Vehicles move in and out very efficiently. Randy and Juan along with the rest of the service staff have been very helpful since we started using them.
