4th vehicle I have purchased from here and have not had a bad experience yet.
purchased a new truck there from Chris Young 6 months ago would recommend him to anyone... took it for the first oil change today in and out in 1 hour with appointment

I took my car in to Lincoln to have a oil change, and when she’ll wipers, and check my escape kick hatch to open my trunk. I also thought I had a recall. My service person who is Larry. I was absolutely totally satisfied with my service that day. He got me in and out very quickly and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I am so glad that Art Hill is where I bought my car.

Bought a car there next day have problems with it went went In and got totally disrespected by a manager they took my car to another dealer we're it sat for 9 days for a minor issue which they said was fix my wife picked it up I drove it the next day about 20 miles and I have the same problem everything was fine when I was spending 25,000 beware where you spend your hard-earned money and the most sad thing the manager had the nerve to get in my face and want to fight
It seems every time we get our oil changed by Art Hill they can never get the tire pressure right and the warning light comes on...both rear tires had 25 psi, sticker on my door says 34 psi is recommended

I took my 2014 Ford Edge in for the works oil change; I was greeted by Juan E. Assistant Manager who took great care of me and vehicle. I waited for about 40 minutes or less, he directed me to my vehicle and they also washed it for me. I had great experience. I will return and I would recommend them.
