My wife and I were driving from Milwaukee from to New York for our daughters wedding. Just south of Chicago our Ford Focus transmission started acting up failing and making vehicle almost undriveable. I told my wife to start looking for a Ford dealership on her smartphone before we broke down. We arrived just before opening without an appointment telling service advisor Larry Housman about our problem. I have a fusion that I bought a few years back off Steve B. ( who is amazing). I get oil changes regularly and Bill Miller is always my service rep. He is always in good spirits and always works in a timely sufficient manner. I ask for him directly now because he has built up a great customer repor with me and I know he will always go above and beyond to help me. I refer him as well as Steve to everyone. I called In to ask about possibly sending me more pic’s because I wasn’t satisfied with the uploaded ones I was looking at on the computer . Have many different issues with 2015 escape tried set up appt. front suspension making noise. Though schedule maintenance checkup they were not able to look at it

I stopped in your service department last Tuesday. The side door on my ford cargo van had jammed and I couldn't get it closed. I had to be back in Kentucky by early the next morning. The guy I talked to in your service department said it would tomorrow (Wednesday) or probably next week before he could get me in. He just stood and watched as I tried to fix it or at least get it shut. Good thing I starting making calls and someone recommend Lake Shore Ford. I went there and they got it fixed in no time at all!!!
