I really enjoyed the experience at Art Hill Ford. Bought my first big girl car and they were very helpful and patient. I wasn't afraid to ask any questions over . Very positive ,friendly atmosphere and financial was also helpful. I recommend this place to anyone . Keep up the good work guys!

Good, easy buying process overall. Very pleased with salesman (Mike) and finance department. No pushy attempts to add on extra warranty, rustproofing, VIN etching, etc. It really was as simple as test drive, 5 min price negotiation, write check, leave. Everyone was attentive to our needs, even on a very busy day. Can only give 4 stars however because we did receive calls after the sale had been completed and we had left, trying to claim they made a mistake on paperwork and we owed more money. Finally broke down and bought as new truck was stressed to say the least heard art hill was an easy to work with dealership (dealt with other ford/honda/dodge dealers) easy to work with was an understatement extremely clean friendly dealership met with salesman Chris Hensley who was younger like me but beyond knowledgeable of his products(I'm diehard f150 guy) and made the financing options very easy to understand, found me the truck I wanted I'm picky btw and we made the deal best purchase ever! 2018 f150 stx 2.7tt 4x4.... ... read more
