I have bought all of my Lincolns at Art Hill over the years and have used the Service Center there. I have had good experiences with their service department and some truly terrible experiences as well. However, I recently took my MKX in for routine service and met Bill Miller. He was welcoming, enthusiastic, and had a great sense of humor. He treated me with respect and had my car ready within a half hour. Bill is a keeper for your service department!
Service was excellent like I expected it to be. There is nothing I can add as you are doing everything great now. You have great people who know their jobs. That is why I buy my cars from Art Hill Ford.
since mr Fairchild has left it has been nothing but down hill
I made an appointment and was taken on time. The representative, Steve, was great and efficient. My service time was fast as was the check out. This was after a day at work for me so the efficiency helped me get home at a reasonable time. I appreciated that. Never had a problem ether service department.

Had preventive maintenance & oil change done on my Ford Focus late May and William Miller, Service Advisor was very friendly and courteous. I waited while maintenance being done and their waiting room is very nice and comfortable. Thanks for taking care of my car. �

Best dealership experience ... Chris Young was a greats car salesman . We never felt pressured to buy and always gave my husband and me space to talk about the car and make our decision . We waiting a few weeks for the used Lincoln we wanted to. He was in contact with us about what coming onto the lot . We will be working with him in the future .
The service department was outstanding!! I had an issue with a Ford I'd purchased at another dealership, but took it to Art Ford's service because it was closer. They couldn't have been easier to deal with. They fixed the problem which fortunately was still under warranty. I couldn't be happier.
Bought a new car yesterday from there, and very happy with the experience. Mike Meyers was my salesman and helped me get into the new car. Good trade on an upside down car, got a good interest rate for my not great credit. Definitely recommend!
