Seriously service dept is terrible. Not like it used to be. Had an appt for oil change and I go to pick up my car after almost 2 hours and them telling me it was done and the oil was NOT even changed!!!! Will not be buying anymore cars from here for that reason.

We bought a Ford Edge from Steve Bukovich @ Art Hill in 2013. We recently had an issue with the front end. I called Steve and he set us up with the service department which took care of the issue in a timely manner. All the people we dealt with were very professional and good to deal with. I recommend Art Hill.
