I stayed there a month ago. The property is beautiful, but that is about the only nice thing to say about this place. I had to switch rooms because my a/c wasn't working. I forgot to take my three dresses that were in the closet. When I realized it the next day, I called the front desk and of course the dresses were gone! I filed a report and they don't want to do anything to compensate me. Not right! Very poor customer service! This resort is beautiful. The service was excellent. I have never stayed anywhere that had better service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to walk with me to show me where I needed to go. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely return to this resort.
A truly remarkable destination; Service and Accommodations are definitely World-Class! I was very fortunate to catch the "Historical Tour" on Saturday morning, which made our stay all the more fascinating. The Arizona Biltmore is truly a National Treasure.

What a cool Hotel! I love how it has an old original classy vibe and yet still have some modern touches to it! The people that work here are very friendly, the food is excellent and I love all the swimming pools here to choose from! I'm definitely looking forward to coming back in Fall and hike local trails near by!

Just arrived home from a conference. The hotel and grounds are gorgeous, filled with history. Staff is on point, everyone there greets you with a smile and genuine warmth. My room was beautifully appointed, bed super comfy and food for not only conference sessions but throughout, delicious. My only regret is that I didn't have time to attend the traditional afternoon high tea that is offered. I will most certainly be back.
