Lots of inefficiencies. Messed up our reservation, disaster first night room service meal. Over priced. For the money spent, i expected a hell of alot more. Wont be back. Sedona from now on.

Came to town to celebrate a girlfriends big birthday and stayed at this lovely location. A+ all the way. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Service was excellent from valet to room service. Would absolutely stay here again any time!
I have been many places in my life time. The Blitmore was awesome. I loved the throw back design. Took a long evening romance walk around the grounds. Wished I had more time to stay here. I will be planing a longer stay in the future. �����
Totally incredible! Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Although we only stayed one night, is was a great night! My husband and I got to enjoy the bar, being able to send our son to the room by himself. 🙂 Just a note to the Hilton app people. If you can check into the Hotel early and it gives you 71 numbers- they are the villas. Private parking and georgeous! We missed out because no one told me it was a villas when asked. So maybe next time.
Checked me into my room 3 hours late, had to carry our bags downstairs 4 floor in 100 degree heat because the elevator broke. Was told I had a $75 credit which Im still waiting for...voicemail on customer service says they will call within 24 hours, I got a call back 3 days later to be told they would investigate more as there are no notes....here I am 4 days later and no call back. 5 star resort not so much!
Don't stay at this dump of a "resort" zero customer service and attention to any detail. David and Auda front desk managers need to go back to motel 6 management. They are in over their heads with manager title. Very poor customer service not attention to any details.
