Get directionsThe representative on the phone and front desk mislead me about there handicap room they giving us. I specifically said that my husband had knee replacement surgery two days ago and could not do long walks or stairs. Well, it's was a very long walk up a incline and 7 steps up the other way. My husband was in excruciating pain by the time he got to the room. The upside was the room was nice and the view was nice as well. I wouldnt recommend this place if you have handicap issues. Candice

I stayed in July for my daughter’s birthday & had lost my wallet on the flight to AZ. The staff here worked with us & made our stay possible & enjoyable! Thank you so much! I would love to return again! This was our 2nd visit & loved it!
This property will always rank number one in my book !!!!
The Biltmore is one of my favourites. We are from the Netherlands. We love it. It is so beautiful. We love the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. We had a nice drink on the patio and lunch in Frank and Albert. And so nice staff. The waittress was fantastic. We love to comeback.
I took my daughter here for afternoon tea, and we had a wonderful afternoon. The tea menu was eclectic, the autumn-themed food was superb, and the tea sommelier Christopher Ray was delightful. We look forward to seeing what other seasonal teas are offered here. Definitely will re-visit!
