A spectacular hotel and resort experience. Frank Lloyd Wright influence all over the hotel, wonderfully preserved and cared for. High Tea was a terrific experience, specially with Kevin D, directing and enhancing the experience of the formal afternoon tea. My friends brought me to the Biltmore for tea and I left with a lifelong wonderful memory.
Booked a winter staycation instead of traveling to NYC, Chicago or some other winter destination between Christmas and New Years. The grounds are fabulous, the room is good (no tub for the Mrs.), all inclusive package is a little cumbersome to be honest and was not fully described. Not a big deal but all inclusive shouldn't have limitations unless they are fully disclosed. Having a great time.
The best hotel imo in Arizona! Great service, luxury accommodations, and fantastic pools.
Very nice atmosphere. The table settings are beautiful as well as the food presentation. The wait staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time at the Arizona Biltmore..

Couldn’t have been more wonderful. Cottage reservation was upgraded at no cost. Bryan @ the front desk was very gracious, professional and friendly. Grounds were decked for the holidays and even with the rain it was beautiful. Be back to visit the sprites real soon. Thank you again.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday with an Afternoon Tea on Thursday afternoon. Being novices, the servers did an excellent job of guiding us to an excellent beginner’s choice. The finger sandwiches were outstanding and the remaining items were delicious. I was satisfied with the experience and the table had been preset for our arrival. Free valet parking when you dine (!). I enjoyed the Tearoom experience. Housekeeping need to make sure the Bathrooms are attended too. We had to use tissues to dry our hands. Out door the cushions had bird droppings on them. Not very inviting.
