Lovely experience for my family and I during spring break. Sherry at Frank & Albert’s is a gem and Wright’s was delicious! The tranquility massage was wonderful at the spa. Only complaints are the Ocatilla pool was in need of cleaning (lots of leaves 🍂) and valet was not up to par.

I was there as an Uber driver picking up guest on Sunday. Not real happy with the bell man who slams my BMW door as well as the hatch as we loaded the guest luggage. The guest looked at me and I looked at them and said maybe he’s having a bad day but he shouldn’t be taking it out on my Car......... Don’t know if I’ll be back when I get a guest pick up there. In fear of not having a car door after leaving. But the guest said they had a good time.

It was my first time visiting and it automatically felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to go back and spend more time. Beautiful architecture, delicious food (we ate at Wright's), perfectly manicured lawns and the gardening was a pure delight to photograph. I could go on but you'll have to see it for yourself to believe it...

Fairly friendly staff, worked with me to get checked in a little early because my conference was about to begin. This is typical of hotels, but the pillows were terrible. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were not good. And for a hotel, you’re going to be spending 6 to 8 hours on said pillows, these should be much better.

Nice place and they’ve kept the older feel of a time gone past there. I was there for an event. Wait staff very nice in the hotel itself but the event staff was not courteous. They made us feel like they were unhappy and mad we were there. As I checked in I was informed that the pool bar served from 11-5. It closed early everyday even with several people around. The only person that was courteous was the event bartender Dan B.

Very beautiful place in a great place with lots of history. Number 1 service! I lost a bracelet especially made by my Daughter late at night in the ballroom. I was a disaster, in major tears😰. We called security and 10 minutes later I had my bracelet. Saved my trip
