Enjoy a luxurious stay at this world-class resort in the Valley of the Sun. Built in the 1930s, the hotel's architecture was influenced by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Each of the rooms are tastefully furnished and carry an understated desert color scheme. Get directionsGreat resort. I was there for a meeting and the staff did an excellent t job taking care of us. Highly recommend this place!!
The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are fantastic. The history is amazing. Unfortunately, the elevators in the Valley Wing were really run down and the pool bottom cut multiple children's feet. Some of the staff was great while others wanted to make it not as big a deal.
The bathrooms are really tiny and shower was digusting for paying $500 a night was not worth it.
We enjoyed a short staycation and enjoyed the frank and alberts restaurant a couple times, the cafe, and the pool. All amenities were in great condition and we had no complaints through our stay.
Susan Bordeaux, concierge in The Ocatilla Club made our trip amazing. She’s truly the best and the reason we will return. Just the little things she does makes your day. Stayed in the Ocatilla Club for 4 nights for conference and brought family along. Resort is amazing, service was excellent and food was amazing. Kids also enjoyed the pools and finding Sprites.
Nice High Tea. African Solstice tea was delicious. Setting was pretty except for it was just across from the noisy front desk where they had a large number of check out/in guests the entire time. We were there from 12-2. Food was beautifully presented. I have gluten allergies and they were able to come up with a nice presentation for me. No flowers like the reg service! haha My only issue was one of my turkey sandwiches had a large, very chewy grissle piece I had to pull out of my mouth. Ewwwww. Bummer for a $60 sandwich. Exceptional service, accommodations, and overall experience staying at this hotel resort.
The Arizona Biltmore is truly one of the top hotels I’ve visited. Beautiful architecture, wonderful setting, great staff and perfect weather (the weather is perfect in January). Third time here and I will come back as often as possible.
A beautiful resort with inspiring designs that will keep you looking for the next amazing thing.
