The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are fantastic. The history is amazing. Unfortunately, the elevators in the Valley Wing were really run down and the pool bottom cut multiple children's feet. Some of the staff was great while others wanted to make it not as big a deal.

We enjoyed a short staycation and enjoyed the frank and alberts restaurant a couple times, the cafe, and the pool. All amenities were in great condition and we had no complaints through our stay.

Susan Bordeaux, concierge in The Ocatilla Club made our trip amazing. She’s truly the best and the reason we will return. Just the little things she does makes your day. Stayed in the Ocatilla Club for 4 nights for conference and brought family along. Resort is amazing, service was excellent and food was amazing. Kids also enjoyed the pools and finding Sprites.

We were there from 12-2. Food was beautifully presented. I have gluten allergies and they were able to come up with a nice presentation for me. No flowers like the reg service! haha My only issue was one of my turkey sandwiches had a large, very chewy grissle piece I had to pull out of my mouth. Ewwwww. Bummer for a $60 sandwich. Me... read more

The Arizona Biltmore is truly one of the top hotels I’ve visited. Beautiful architecture, wonderful setting, great staff and perfect weather (the weather is perfect in January). Third time here and I will come back as often as possible.
