In the spring of 2016 my wife and I attended an event at the Arizona Biltmore. After returning to Toledo I told our children (and their spouses) to pencil in Thanksgiving of 2017 for a celebratory weekend at the Biltmore to celebrate the 60th birthdays of both my wife and me. Our Arizona Biltmore experience was first class from top to bottom. Couldn't help but think about my friend Bill Morresey while there...it was a Saint Paul Grill and Hotel experience on steroids!
Great time at this classic resort! Fun times, fantastic service - check in w/ Rachel, checkout with Stephanie and Bellman Justin! Wright’s for dinner - perfect steak and traditional turkey dinner w/ flare!

The staff at the front desk where awesome. They kept up with me daily with a text message to see how my stay was going. They arranged a ride pick up from the mall after I missed the shuttle. The room was very nice and updated.
The place is badly in need of some TLC. Walls are banged up and not repaired. Elevators looked like they were attacked by Edward Scissorhands and not repaired. The layout is awful with far flung villas and buildings that require the endurance of a marathon runner to get around. Look elsewhere!

2nd visit here for a girl's spa weekend. The buildings and landscaping are incredibly beautiful. Ocatilla lounge was not as nice this time around. Food not as good. Available wine was mediocre. Susan, the evening hostess, was amazing as ever. Spa rooms need help. The spa staff were exceptional and the treatments were great. The treatment rooms are showing age and should be upgraded for the cost of the treatments. The main pool has a very lovely waterfall slide. And the water temperature is perfect.
