Beautiful property, nice rooms, several pools that are all inviting. I am in the ocatills wing with club level privileges which means we have a great breakfast every morning. Refreshments throughout the day, happy hour where there is plenty to nod on ( can be dinner in fact) and a variety of nightly desserts. I recommend this area if the hotel. I will come back! Great place!

Wonderful brunch,great selection of fine foods. Atmosphere was very relaxing,actually able to enjoy fine conversation with friends. Staff members were all very courteous,friendly, And our service was superb. Many thanks indeed for making it a wonderful experience..

The grounds, concierge, front desk and all those that helped set up all the meals for us were fantastic. My updated room was beautiful.
I loved this historic resort hotel, an Arizona landmark since 1929. The architectture very much resembles that of the most famous American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. The staff was great. Our room was recently renovated. It was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel is old, but that is most certainly part of its charm. The grounds are beautiful. What a great place, pool was perfect, room was perfect and the service was great from the whole staff. I'm going back!
For the money this place is horrible I've stayed at better holiday inns. When I think of a resort that has this name the accommodations should be superb. Two of the three restaurants were closed and the menu of the one that was open was disappointing to say the least. Room service brought us cold food. I will never stay there again.
Beautiful property and fabulous staff! Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! I will most definitely be back and I will certainly be recommending all my friends and family to visit the Biltmore. Thank you!!!
