It was an “OK” place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Food was average. The last night we had reserved the piano in the bar so one of our colleague could play. We were having a great time. Bar patrons were in to the music and fun. A manager shut us down early because he may get complaints. Time for Honeywell to pick a new resort to host 500 guests.

The grounds are gorgeous, very well kept. I just wish I had enough time to see all of it. Would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for some beautiful, uninterrupted scenery.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are courteous and efficient. We had 3 nights and stayed in the Ocatilla Wing, the Club was lovely and the staff very friendly. The pools and gardens are well maintained, the only issue we had was mosquito bites.

I had a work trip and again brought the family. My son had his choice of several places we have stayed in Phoenix and he picked the AZ Biltmore. Once again it didn’t disappoint. Food was fantastic, very friendly staff, and we enjoyed our pool cabana. We usually stay in the Ocatilla, but this time we tried a cottage. Though the fire pit had issues, maintenance came immediately each night and got it going for us. I know we will be back.

The room we are in has the loudest / longest run toilet I have ever heard. We have lights that don’t work and found a half drank bottle of wine in our fridge. Not worth the money we paid for a room with a patio and fire pit

Beautiful grounds, beautiful architecture. No full length mirror in our room, air conditioner only blew warm air (literally not cool in 100° summer), ceiling fan was falling down, food was only ok). But, the champagne we ordered to celebrate my daughter's graduation made everything ok!
