The Arizona Biltmore was excellent on 97 % of its conditions. The only downside was the kitchen service cooks & 5 % of the bartenders. I watched several dishes served where not all of the food was complete or worse yet one of my party at the table was literally served burned toast! WOW! 4.5 star hotel serving BURNT TOAST! After the sandwich was delivered again with partial burnt toast, only half of the sandwich was completed with the KEY missing ingredient of the sandwich! HOLY COW! The waitress did not charge for the sandwi... read more

What a totally fabulous experience I didn’t want to leave. I spent 6 glorious nights at the Biltmore for a conference and the service and accommodations were the best I can ever remember. From being greeted at the front door, being offered Ice water poolside, the exercise instructor Mishel, housekeeping, front desk on and on. The tone of the hotel was fun and elegant. Can’t wait to come back!!

Loved this hotel! The happy hour tour was fun and informative - I discovered that I don't like tequila sunrises, but that's okay, there were plenty of people around who were happy to help with that. Everyone was so helpful, and we had a lovely time. I'm already hoping to return soon! I wish I could get more of the lotion and soaps from the room in full size - what a lovely scent! It's reminiscent of the light aroma of the lobby. I never wanted to leave.

We love this resort! Classic and historical but laid back and soooo friendly! The accommodations are top notch and service is stellar! The piano 🎹 in the foyer and bar is charming and the second pool at Ocotillo is a great adult getaway from the main pool 🏊. Highly recommend for staycation or visit to Phoenix!
