This place is amazing. The staff, the management and restaurants are wonderful. We are return guests and are always treated with impeccable service. Will be retuning again and again.

When we arrived my husband was told that the room we reserved was not available. They asked if he would accept an "upgrade" with two Queen beds. My husband said "no". After searching their computer again they found a room (not what we reserved) that had a King size bed. We hated the long walk from the parking garage to our room. (Very inconvenient especially in 113 degree temps). The light fixture in the shower was loosely hanging and the shower door needed to be fixed. The Biltmore will not be our first option when we decid... read more

What they don't tell you when you book a room is that this resort is under rehab construction. No one on phones for any type of service, must take golf carts to rooms and good luck getting a ride back to check out. 20 more days of locked doors and long walks. Not worth the price of admission!

Stayed at villas. Room was wonderfull. Very modern and spacious. Alarm noise from the pool ice machine kept me up. I called 3 times to get it fixed. My bath tub was broken, engineering showed up and not able to fix it.no customer service at all. My name was not used even once. At check out they did t even asked me how my stay was. Spa was a joke. Not worth 300$ i spend in a hour. Overall very poor.

Not only is this a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece but it's a special resort oasis for any occasion. This trip is for relaxing by and in the pools and my 7-year old is having so much fun she's actually taken naps 2 days in a row. She hasn't napped in years. Summer camp doesn't wear her out like the fun at the Biltmore Paradise pools! Amazing customer service from everyone most especially our concierge Rachel Wanslee. We will return!

Back building area was not clean. Needed to get your ice in the maintenance area. No one picked up dirty q-tips on the ground for 3 days!
