Always enjoy staying at this hotel. Disappointed that the main restaurant was closed for the season. The casual dining restaurant was not up to par. The food quality is far below average as one would expect from a place like this. The guest rooms are always top notch, great amenities, clean bedsheets and covers. The alarm clock was not working though. Was apprehensive to use the coffee mugs in the room in light of recent hidden videos catching house Keeping staff improperly washing those cups. I know it's a family friendly resort but I wish there was one adult only pool. There were issues with the cottage I was in and had to be moved, but was moved into a lesser value room and desk needed to get approval to change my cost to the lesser value room.
I can say I have been at a few hotels. However, this hotel having a definite oozing of nostalgia is also as up to date as you could possibly wish. Water fountains are inside, outside, the landscaping is superb. Rooms are incredibly spacious, lighting in the rooms are still partially led and cfl, however, it's as if the hotel is living within a time sphere. Very nice! Super friendly staff and great poolside service. #fishtacos Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The scent they use in all the entryways is Amazing. !!!
Lovely experience all around! Friendly, helpful staff; room was large and well appointed; grounds were well kept; and there were many activities to choose from to keep busy. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice place..love the pool and the service.....
I was there for three days during Mastermind Classes, June 7th to 9th. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and courteous. Facilities were well kept and clean and electronic dispensaries worked efficiently. Breakfast, lunch, and happy hour food was prepared with the finest ingredients and very appealing to the eye and very pleasing to eat. As well, the front desk, parking and lounge personal were very accommodating when I was in their realm. Thank you very much
This place is unbelievable. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They made our anniversary unforgettable. Thank you all!!
