DO NOT EVER use Aptive Pest Control. I call and cancelled my service and a representative was sent out anyway. I turned them away without allowing the service to be performed. Aptive then charged my account for $135.00 and refuse to refund the money when no service was rendered,Aptive is a rip off!! Do not get suckered into a contract with them!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I regret trusting them. This company uses deceptive practices and do not follow their own quarterly schedule. We contacted them by phone to change application date/time so we could be home and have inside treated. They came early when we were not there and did not treat indoors. We overlooked this mistake and were charged anyway. They showed up the very next month to treat outdoors again!
