Zero stars. Relentless texts and emails from this company. They give a bogus email address that comes back as undeliverable when you try to reschedule a service. I don't want them to come in the winter at all, but they just show up anyway. Texted me at 7:40AM on a Saturday morning to tell me they are coming on Monday in the freezing cold, when I try to email them not to come, the message comes back as undelivered because the website is undergoing maintenance. Aptive has provided great service over the past few years. They come out and re-spray if I ever encounter an insect. The most recent person that treated my home, ***********************, was excellent. He texted when he would arrive, and also texted pictures of what was done. I have a phobia of all insects and can honestly say I barely notice any now that I use Aptive
This company is Ridiculous. I tried cancelling the service after the year of my contract and they told me to just put it on hold that I can just call anytime if i needed the service. Then they still kept coming without me calling to schedule. only to be billed again for the quarterly amount. I called them again around September to cancel my account and they said that I'm still covered till January 6 2022. Then another guy came on December 2021 without me calling and now they are saying that its an automatic service??? since ... read more
Our Aptive service today was awesome. ****** was professional, communicated well, and worked hard to service our house. **********
******* went over and beyond, answering all my questions and checking spots I had concerns. I hope he is my technician going forward.

******* in my opinion did an excellent job after showing up at my house. After asking me if I had any points of interest for the application he was very engaging with me on a subject that had nothing to do with the job at hand. Very pleasant and very professional.
************************* did a thorough job of treating the inside and outside of our home. He was patient with me as I did not hear him ring our ring doorbell or hear him call my phone when he arrived as my phone has been acting up. So he said he thought we might have had to reschedule.
