I am not one to go out of my way to complain about the practices of a company. I called to cancel their services, because bugs were still destroying my plants and I still had issues with bugs in and around my house. At $114.00 per treatment, I did not feel I was getting the best value for my dollar. After speaking to a representative to have the service canceled, she offered me a free service of which I obliged (I mean might as well try and get something out of them). I gave ******* 5 stars because he kept me updated regarding his arrival, which was prompt. I asked him to remove some webbing at the window above my front door on the inside of my house and he willingly did so, even agreeing to use a ladder to get up there. After treating my basement, he suggested that I ask any technician that comes out to always treat the basement because he saw activity and that the basement is a common place for insect to enter. ******* was friendly, courteous and professional.
We have been using Aptive for a year and a half. ****** has been our technician the last several times. He's always friendly, professional and thorough. Aptive as a company stands by its service. After a mild winter, we had a pesky ant problem. Aptive sent a technician out for an additional treatment in between quarterly service at no additional cost.

Aptive knocked on our door and spoke to my husband. He said they were offering a neighborhood special due to **************** My husband agreed to them treating. We received 3 treatments and received no relief from ants or mosquitos. Today we received notice that they would be coming on the 14th. My husband reached out to cancel our service and they said we were in a year contract which we were not aware of. They said there was a $199 charge to cancel the services.
