***** C I am 100% pleased with my technician today, *************************. She, along with ******** spent so much time with me, answering questions and offering advice. She performed and completed my standard service. In addition, she suggested glue strips for my garage and provided them (along with some additional ones). They also discussed with me the rodent traps I currently have and provided new ones where needed. ***** was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.Thank you for your thorough service call today.
Aptive customer service is the best. As always I receive a phone call or text to let me know they are on their way. They are always friendly courteous and address any concerns I may have. I switched to Aptive Pest Control from another company in Jun/Jul 2021. I have found the company communication to be less than perfect. When I receive an email confirming an appointment and call to reschedule the appointment, the tech often still comes to do the scheduled service; even when I have called the company more than once to verify my appointment was rescheduled and no service would be provided on the initially scheduled date.
