Anti semetic company !! They called me one day and the rep ***** realize I was still on the line and made some very offensive antisemitic comments , and mocked religious Jews , while chatting with their coworker . I canceled my membership right after . You might want to know whom you are supporting before signing up
**** did a great job in spite of a foot of snow. Very thorough and informative. We knew exactly what he was doing before he started and in a recap after.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If you are looking for any kind of pest control RUN from this company. I contacted them because a rat problem that we had after we purchased our new house. They came and said that the first visit was free. When the guy came to my house he did not have the equipment needed to handle the rat issue. He told us that he would have to come back. APTIVE has been a great change from the previous provider. They gained my business through a great young man who was going door to door. He explained the APTIVE advantage & we signed up. Each service since has been exceptional and I haven't seen any thousand-leggers roaming around my basement office. Today's visit was by ***************************. It was a snowy, cold day but he still provided a thorough inspection and service.
Always on time. completed service quickly and thoroughly. Explained service provided and answered all my questions.
I set up a contract with Aptive to spray my ENTIRE yard. The goal was to rid my yard of any fleas which they assured me they could do. My yard is fenced in the rear and my entire property is less than 1/2 and acre. The first and second time they came it took a while for them to spray. After that they were only here (I do not work so I'm always home) at most 10 minutes.
