Dishonest with pricing. The sales rep offered me "Special pricing" but when the billing came through the pricing was almost triple.I signed an electronic contract but it did not show pricing. I suspect the rep added the pricing to the electronic contract when he left or he simply did not show me that screen when I signed the electronic contract. I contacted the company's billing department and they gave me a $20 coupon. The rep offered me $49 every quarter. Instead they charged $49 for the first visit and $129 for each addit... read more

Awful customer service and resolution teams. I recently had to cancel an appointment because I had Covid. They automatically set me up for another appointment unbeknownst to me. By this time my daughter now had Covid so I again canceled and said we would reschedule in Feb. They sent me a text stating that it had been canceled. During this in between service time I got a call offering me a reduced rate as a ** for being a 2 yr customer.
