Every technician that Aptive has sent to my house has been remarkably affable, no-nonsense about the job at hand, and able to answer any of my questions. How effective are they? We no longer have ANY signs of the mouse infestation that we were having to live with. Today (Feb.8th), the visiting tech was ****.
