My technician was extremely attentive. He let me know via photo that there was an opening in the brick of my house that insects and cold air could enter. I am thankful he let me know this so I can fix it
I was suckered into a contract with this company ******** AREA they came out many times then disappeared mosquitos they supposedly sprayed for did nothing . i complained many times and told them to cancel contract instead they turned me over to collections!!!!
************....on time and completed the service in a timely fashion. I indicated certain areas inside the house and the agent complied with my request.
German was very prompt, pleasant and professional! He did recheck a couple areas previously addressed and found all in perfect order! I really appreciated efforts and look forward to having him back!

Kola was the best technician I've seen from Aptive. He called and sent a text message when he was on the way. He then let us know he arrived and started performing his service right away. I talked with him about a couple areas in the yard where I did and didn't want treatment. He was patient, listened well and was overall very pleasant. This review is for the technician that performed the service at my home this morning. Aptive promises to pay a bonus in exchange for a review.
I canceled my service with Aptive because I am moving. Upon canceling my service the customer service representative neglected to tell me I was 2 months short of completing my contract nor did she tell me I owed a cancelation fee of $125. Since this was not communicated nor did they send a ****, my account has been sent to collections. This is a reprehensible business practice and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor business practice,.
***************************** was friendly, very thorough with his inspection, and took the time needed to explain all the steps he took to ensure the household will remain pest-free.
Don * was great and he was very clear about what he was doing, why, and how. It was nice to have someone explain everything that was happening in our yard.
