The technician was very professional, he left a telephone message that he was on his way prior to getting to my home and he was courteous on his arrival. He did a great job, was thorough, and asked whether there are any additional problems to which he had to pay special attention. I had no problems with the company or the technician. ******

*** did an amazing job today. With the colder weather, we have seen a few mouse droppings in the garage and basement. He assured us that the problem would be handled and added bait boxes, snap traps and glue boards to catch any additional critters. Although we have not seen any mice in the house, he put down some traps inside the house simply to avoid a problem. His communication was excellent. ****** treated my house today, he called an hour ahead. I spoke to him and he treated the front and back of the house. I had to complain about lack of communication in the past, however the last 3 treatments they have contacted me ahead of time and are more communicative and flexible with the schedule. ****** did great.

I like to take this time to thank Weimar for the great service he performed today. I had a couple of questions and he was more than happy to answer my questions and example what was being done today.
****** was professional and treated the areas where ants were coming in. She was informative and friendly and texted beforehand to let me know she was on her way. The only reason Im leaving off a star is because it took five days for them to come out and treat once I called saying I was finding ants inside. Granted two of those five days were over a weekend.
