I had an annual contract with quarterly services that ended in December 2021. When the tech came to perform the last service early December, I was charged $5 more than the contracted amount. I emailed the company several times and the first reply back to me was I received additional services. When I replied to ask when I requested the additional services, no answer. BIGGEST RIPOFF THIEVES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! TRIED TO CANCEL,BUT THEY PUT SOME SLICK SALESMAN ON THE ****** THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND THEY ARE SO DISORGANIZED THAT THEY SENT A GUY HERE 3 ***S IN A ROW IN NOVEMBER AND NOT ONE OF THEM WAS ON THE *** WERE SCHEDULED TO COME!!! THEY CHARGED ** $35 FOR A RODENT TRAP WE NEVER ASKEX FOR BECAUSE WE HAVE 3 CATS!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY KEEP STEALING OUR MONEY AND THEIR CRAPPY PRODUCT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!!
******* with Aptive has been very helpful in trying to get rid of our mouse issue. Tis the season they want to come in from the cold ?? But not to this house. Aptive has been amazing at setting boxes outside before they wiggle there way in. Beware neighbors they will be heading your way. ??Call Aptive for your pest control needs.Taya M
