Mathew **Was my tech today. He gave me a 15 minute call before coming as per my request. He introduced himself and told me what they would be doing today as well as asking me for any additional work that I might need done. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I knew my home was in good hands. I am very happy with Aptive. I know they will be there if I need them.

When you want to protect your home from bugs, you call a pest/bug extermination company. When you want to protect your home from pests while having aggravation and having a company try to steal from you by coming and charging every 2 months when your agreement is quarterly, call Aptive. In the beginning they were great. Then me, my dad, and my sister all began to have the same problem. We agreed to quarterly treatments but noticed the time between applications was closer and closer. ******* with Aptive Environmental came to my house for my quarterly pest control service. He was very polite and did a great job at explaining everything he planed to do. I also asked him to spray on the inside of the house and he did. He asked if I had any issues and I told him the issues I was having. He was very informative and gave me pointers on how to address those issues. Overall, a very friendly and informative guy.
