*************************** was excellent. When he got to the house, he took a few minutes to review the site and then he was able to tell me exactly what he was going to do. He also (this is the first time this was done for me) asked for the garage to be opened so that he could apply the spray inside the garage door. Once he was done, he told me what had been sprayed and to keep the dog inside for a while!**** was exceptionally thorough and courteous.
