Great service by **************** today. He called in advance to say when he was arriving and if we had any specific issues. He then followed up after the service (routine quarterly preventative) to tell us what he did and what we should be aware of. He was polite and presentative to a fault. It was a a pleasure meeting such a conscientious professional!
This summer a very persuasive representative show up to my door saying tha most of my neighbors are hiring their service to pest control, they said it was an offer and it was only $45, I sign up with them , they came twice and charged $115 automatically, i didn't think the service was working at all, they do not schedule an appointment they just send a message saying they will come one day but you don't get to confirm anything, so I replayed to their text saying I don't want for them to come, they replayed "Aptive Environmen... read more
