Aptive services my home quarterly. Aptive service providers are always timely and polite.Great job every time.
*********************** was our technician. He was excellent. Very thorough and polite. He took time to really do a good job knocking webs and had a special treatment application for spiders. He communicated arrival time and process very well. Thank you *****.
Started initial service on 7/6/2021, first full service on 8/16/2021, the last service was performed on 10/30/2021 approximately, the **** for service didn't arrive til 11/13/2021, sent a check for service on 11/14/2021, shows that it cleared the bank on 11/22/2021. Received text on 11/21/2021 past due, text on 11/27/2021 past due, text on 12/4/2021 past due. also received 2 more account statements from them. My technician was *********************; he was super professional and listened to me about all my pest problems and help me with everything. Im an Aptive customer a long time ago and I love every time they do a service in my house (every 3 months) if I anything in between one service with another, they come to my house and help me. Really reliable company. After first year of contract they dont make you to sign up for another year, you can go every 3 months without contract.
