After completed, he summarized the work performed & several initial findings. What really impressed me, is ***** came from another state to support our local market while the company expands. I signed an agreement with Aptive in mid-2021 from a door-to-door solicitor who was friendly and kind. The sales rep verbally informed me that I would pay $169.00 for three separate pest control treatments to my front and backyard. To my surprise, the payment was $169.00 PER TREATMENT. ***************** has been our Aptive guy for the past few service calls and he's always done a thorough and professional job. This time I wasn't home to greet him, but the summary he provided via email along with actual pictures of the job he did were helpful and appreciated. Previous intrusions by mice and ants have become a thing of the past thanks to Aptive and ***** fine work. He's serious about doing a great job and that dedication shows in his success at our home. He's a great guy.
