Dominic Dobbs is awesome! We just moved into our house and have been noticing a lot of ants, spiders and pincher bugs. I talked to Dominic about my concerns with using sprays because we have small children. He explained everything very well and assured me that what he was using would be safe. He cleaned all of the spiderwebs off my house (he even got the really high ones), he was very professional and courteous, and when he was done he let me know that I can call between treatments if I notice bugs coming back. Aptive sales reps have a knack for coming to my door during the day when my infant is napping or in the evening when I am trying to put him to bed for the night. I have a No Soliciting sign posted and have asked them not to come back, but they continue to do so. The sales rep last night was the same guy who was here back in May.
