I had a very enjoyable experience with the customer service that was provided by service pro Nick Black. I highly recommend anyone reading this review to request him for for your service pro needs.
Brooke was very courteous. She took her time and explained what she was doing and what she was spraying. Brooke took very good care not to get the spray around the pets. She took extra care and sprayed wherever my wife asked her to spray. We hope Brooke is our regular service person.
Their technician, Jordan, was excellent. On time , professional and friendly. It was was my first service with them and he did a great job, fully explaining the service.
Nick was timely, courteous and thorough. He also took the time to answer my questions even though it was fairly warm outside. Very satisfied ����
Quinn was prompt and courteous and did a great job servicing the areas. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and explained the cycles for their mainte ance. I was assured that if I had any problems, I could call and someone would respond immediately. I am very satisfied with the professionalism that Quinn exhibited
Marck did a fantastic job cleaning out spiders and spraying for them and fleas, ants and pillbugs. He took the time to explain what he did and what causes spider infestations, like gutter leave clutter, bushes, grass, and yard clutter. Thanks Marck!
Alex did an amazing job ensuring he paid special attention to my areas of concern. He removed spider webs and treated my home exterior and yard. I will definitely continue to use Aptive.
